Christopher Percy, General Manager

Chris has worked in the health and wellness industry for 12 years, overseeing the launch and operations of clinical services at over 140 businesses and placing experts in regulated practitioner roles for each. He specializes in driving growth for small to medium-sized clinics, leading sales and operations, implementing marketing strategies, and securing long-term partnerships. In 2024, Chris and his team tripled Align Wellness's partner base and helped key partners boost revenue by over 100% year-over-year. He also played a pivotal role in developing a virtual care model during the COVID-19 pandemic, expanding access to essential services and ensuring all partners thrived during the crisis.

Alison Golanski, Account Manager

Alison holds a degree in Neuroscience from Laurentian University and brings a diverse background in sales, account management, and business ownership. She has experience working with large corporate chemical distributors, as well as in finance, insurance, real estate, and small business ventures. An entrepreneur at heart, Alison is passionate about helping people grow both professionally and personally. Since joining the company a year ago, she has been a key figure in the success of our accounts, providing strong account management and strategic planning.

Jayden Grewal, Business Development Representative

Jayden is an ambitious and personable problem solver with unique experience in the health and wellness industry. He holds a degree from the University of Waterloo, where he played varsity basketball before continuing his athletic career professionally in the UK and Portugal. With years of experience working with startups in the health and wellness sector, Jayden has a proven track record of building relationships and driving sales through effective outreach and strategic communication. Known for his consultative approach, he excels in identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and collaborating with teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Kate Tailor, Business Development Representative

Kate is an experienced Health Clinic Manager with a strong background in kinesiology, holding a degree from the University of Toronto. Her comprehensive understanding of human movement, health, and wellness, combined with practical clinic management experience, allows her to effectively lead teams and drive clinic growth. Kate specializes in strategic planning, patient acquisition, and operational optimization. She excels at identifying growth opportunities, improving clinic efficiency, and implementing targeted marketing strategies. Dedicated to partnering with healthcare providers, Kate focuses on ensuring sustainable growth and enhancing patient outcomes.

Farrell Miller, Strategic Advisor

Farrell Miller (B.A, J.D.) is a recognized advisor in the cannabis, hemp and natural health product industries. She has opened several licensed cannabis retail storefronts in Canada, and worked with licensed manufacturers on over 20 product SKUs sold to the Ontario Cannabis Store. Most recently, Farrell was managing client relationships at Benzinga, a financial news and retail investor startup based in Detroit, MI acquired by Toronto-based private equity firm Beringer Capital in 2021.

Randy Gilling, Chair

Randy brings over 15 years of experience in growing and improving businesses, namely in the technology sector prior to investing in and working to help Align Wellness grow. In addition to helping our partners succeed, Randy owns a sports injury clinic and is a seed investor in the wellness tech startup Wellby.net. Prior to building Align Wellness, Randy was the CEO of Kognitiv Corp, a private capital-backed b2b travel technology company where he led the business through growth to over 200 staff, acquisitions, and various financing. Before this Randy led a $250MM unit of S&P Global, managing offices between Canada, Chicago, LA, SF, Denver, and Dallas, helping each office achieve record revenue and growth inside of 18 months of a 24-month plan.
